Yaman is a Syrian American female coach, facilitator, healer, & alchemist.
She discovered her energetic gifts in 2016, and with her understanding of mindfulness and energy, she has been able to alchemize her past trauma, and transform it into wisdom.
Yaman's work is a fusion of Psychology, Mindfulness, and Energy work.
She works with the breath as a main tool, as well as incorporating mindfulness practices through art, sensory experiences, & movement. Yaman has a background in mental health & is trauma informed.
She's learned from the best therapists and best healers in the wellness space, and she's so excited to share this knowledge with her clients & the world.
Yaman is on a mission to spread mindfulness practices and knowledge in the US & The Middle East.
She has had the pleasure to work with diverse populations including mental health, eating disorder, & addiction recovery population. She has also worked with moms, CEOs, actors, coaches, healers, & non-binary individuals.
She is fluent in both Arabic & English languages.
